私たちは、デジタルファブリケーション技術を活用し、量産品では実現できないオリジナルデザインのプロダクトを企画・製造・販売しています。
造形は一つひとつ丁寧に行い、素材開発からスイッチ、ケーブルに至るまで、照明を構成するすべての要素をデザインの一部として捉えています。
ケーブルを隠すのではなく、ケーブルごと空間に馴染む照明をつくりたかった。
それが、RE:Fの出発点です。
シンプルなかたちの中に、少しの遊び心を忍ばせる。
灯りとしてだけでなく、消えている時間も空間に自然と溶け込む存在であること。
私たちは、機能だけではなく、空間に置かれたときの佇まいまで含めてデザインしています。
製造から組み上げまで、すべての工程を自社で行っています。
少量生産だからこそ実現できるこだわりがあり、量産品では難しい素材選びや細部の精度を、一つひとつのプロダクトに反映しています。
今後は素材そのものの開発にも取り組みながら、照明にとどまらず、インテリアプロダクト全体へと展開を広げていきます。

Redefining refined design through digital fabrication.
At RE:F, we design, produce, and sell original products made possible through digital fabrication, creating forms that cannot be achieved through conventional mass production.
From form-making to material development, every element is considered part of the design. Switches, cords, textures, and details are all carefully selected as essential components of the product itself.
Rather than hiding the cord, we wanted to create lighting that allows the cord to naturally belong within the space.
That idea became the starting point of RE:F.
Simple forms with a subtle sense of playfulness.
Objects designed not only for the moment they are lit, but also for the time they remain unlit.
Beyond functionality, RE:F designs for the presence each piece brings to a space.
Every step, from fabrication to final assembly, is handled in-house.
Working in small production runs allows RE:F to pursue a level of material choice and detail that is difficult to achieve through mass production.
Looking ahead, RE:F aims to continue developing original materials while expanding beyond lighting into a wider range of interior products.
